A man called Alex Duodu met his fianceè also known as Afua when she was 15 years old and they have been in a relationship for the past 20 years now. The man said he has performed her knocking ceremony and was given a list for their marriage. But the woman told him that she wanted to learn hairdressing before she will get married to him.
Mr Alex too agreed with his fiancee’s decision, he helped her to buy all the necessary items she will need for the work. A few months later, Afua stopped learning the hairdressing without giving him any tangible reasons. She became pregnant afterwards, 1 year after she gave birth, the woman travelled to Accra without telling Mr Alex, she spent some months over there before calling her fiance to informed him that she is pregnant again.
The man accepted her back and took care of her till she gave birth. One day, Mr Alex caught his fianceè chatting with another man on phone. The woman then revealed the whole truth to her man that, she had an affair with another man when she went to Accra but she broke up with that guy before coming back to him. Mr Alex said because Afua went to sleep with another man, he can’t stay with her anymore, so he wants to break up with her.
According to Afua concerning this allegation, the man doesn’t buy anything for her ever since she met him. She has been working hard to buy all her clothes and other things she needs but Mr Alex used to beats her whenever they had a misunderstanding that’s why she left him and travelled to Accra. She also admitted that it is true that she had intimacy with another man but she broke up with him a month before she found out she was pregnant for her Mr. Alex but he wants to break up with her.
