Popular musician and social media personality, Kwame A Plus has asked Ghanaians to demand Akufo-Addo to fulfill his promise on the E-Levy instead of complaining on the already passed E-Levy.
In a post shared on his official Facebook page on Friday, 6th May 2022, he wrote;
“A promise was made to you that if you pay E-Levy, everything you ask for will be done. Even Jesus can be invited to perform miracles in Ghana.
But the typical Ghanaian will continue complaining about E-Levy which has already been passed instead of demanding that the government fulfills it’s part of the agreement.Â
Me, I’ll ensure that the community 18 roundabout to community 20, Emefs, Klagon, Celebrity Golf areas roads are completed. If not, some dirty fight go pae for the area. We will block all the roads one day. Police can’t do anything. Don’t be a foolish police man. You also use the road and pay E-Levy. Use your head! Mo mu bi diÉ› zombie naa!!
Akufo Addo needed E-Levy badly, I supported it. I also need roads badly masa!! You, my friends also need a lot badly. No excuses! All of us have to give he and his government an ultimatum to give us what we deserve. If he, Akufo Addo tells us to fix it ourselves like he told the Volta chief, reply him!!
Make sure it is very harsh. It is the same bible which said obey your father and mother that said at Ephesians 6:4 That “And you, fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath” Government wey no know bible inside wan build cathedral.
Nana Akufo Addo, don’t provoke your children. Your proper and enviable upbringing and understanding of your position does not allow you to be angry when we complain about what you already know.Â
Jesus Christ, one young man, looked the Pharisees who were in power just like you and older than him, in the eyes and told them that they are stupid (Read Luke 11: 40-50.) yet you are honoring him with a cathedral. We have not done that.
So appreciate us your children and understand that, you are taking E-Levy and therefore you must give to us the development you promised in exchange. Enough of taking Ghanaians for fools.”
