The Central Region Of Ghana precisely Kasoa to winneba road has recorded another fatal accident of which one of the passengers on board died instantly at the spot of the accident. It was known that, the oven which was involved in this accident has the registration number GW – 9105 -20.
Some of the eyewitness who were there before the accident occured made it clear that, the vehicle was over loaded with about 30 bags of Cassava with only three people on board ( The driver, the mate and the business woman who was going to sell the Cassava in Accra).
The report indicated that, the head of the mate was crushed into pieces due to the nature of the accident. But the driver and the business Woman survived but sustained terrible injuries and they were rushed to Winneba Trauma Hospital for medical treatments.
The accident occured at a place called Okomoa Okereko in the Central Region on Kosoa to Winneba. The winneba Fire Service commander DOIII Kwesi Hughes speaking about the accident, advice drivers to drive with care and avoid over loading as well.
