‘Cows Are Trapped By Their Horns, Men By Their Words’ – John Mahama Mocked

The former President of the Republic of Ghana, Mr. John Dramani Mahama has been mocked by James Kwabena Bomfeh popularly known as Kabila, after he made some admissions to have the E-levy repealed when he wins power in the next election.

We can recall that, the former President in a recent public speech revealed how the NDC fraternity and himself are unhappy with the passage of the E-levy move by the NPP government.

For them, they believe the move will succeed in placing much burdens on the Ghanaian people and thus, the party will do away with it when they win in the next election.

Following this, James Kwabena Bomfeh, also called Kabila, has described the statements from the former President, John Dramani Mahama as “dishonest, insincere, lack of courage politics”.

Speaking on Kokrokoo morning political show Peace FM recently Kabila didn’t believe that, John Dramani Mahama will renege on his promise to the Ghanaian people.

He therefore stressed that, the words of the former President will definitely trap him, if he’s able to win in the 2024 election.

He said;

“The National Democratic Congress may never get the chance but even if so, cows are trapped by their horns, men by their words; mark my words. Their words will trap them.

For Kabila, he strongly believe the E-levy is a good initiative thus the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and government officials should be telling Ghanaians about the successes of the Levy.
