The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has received massive reactions from Ghanaians after a poster circulating on social media hinted at his upcoming lecture in the United Kingdom. The lecture will be held at one of the leading Universities in the world, the University of Buckingham on the 9th of May. It is worth noting that the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is an alumnus of that prestigious University.

The theme of his lecture is, “Ghana’s role in shaping Africa’s Economic Transformation through digitalization and Strengthened relations with the United Kingdom”. He will specifically speak on how Ghana plans on transforming the economy of Africa through its digitalization agenda.
