The Emergency Rescue team had to use Jaws of life to extricate the body of a driver out of a wrecked Mercedes Benz after he collided with a street pole on the R21 South road in Kempton Park, however unfortunately the driver passed away.
According to the Flyingnewslive news report, earlier today, Sunday, 27 February 2022 during the day a horrific accident occurred in Kempton Park, a Mercedes Benz C180 Kompressor lost control and collided with a street pole on the R21 South road just just after the Pomona Off Ramp, Emergency services were called to the scene.
Upon their arrival, they used the Jaws of life (extrication equipment) to extricate the body of the body of the driver from the damaged, but unfortunately he ended up passing away, circumstances leading to the accident are still unclear but there’s speculation that speeding may have played a big role in the vehicle losing control.
People are urged to avoid speeding on public roads in order to save your own life and those of others, speeding contributes to a lot of accidents that occur on the road, if road rules are followed properly the chances of accidents occurring is slim.
