Jacob Zuma’s son is causing havoc in the Eastern Cape, where he was elected ward councilor. Duduzane aspires to become South Africa’s president one day. He is as engaged on the ground as any other councilor, assisting his constituents in cleaning up the environment and providing for their basic necessities. Service delivery appears to be unaffected in a community where Duduzane was elected ward councilor. He is well-liked by the citizens of his ward.
This is not the first time Duduzane Zuma has been photographed on the ground. He does this constantly, demonstrating his determination to capture the hearts of many people in this region and eventually be elected. Not every leader is always involved on the ground following their election as councilors. Some relocate and avoid the community members who elected them. This is not the case with Duduzane Zuma, who demonstrates to the people that he is here to serve them, not to profit from their poverty.
Residents of the ward in which Duduzane Zuma serves have been so impressed with his great work that they have chosen to give him with a gift. This shows how much they appreciate this gentleman. He was in good spirits, exchanging words and clapping his supporters. This demonstrates that Duduzane Zuma is doing something beneficial for these communities and that he has a potential of becoming a leader in the ANC’s upper hierarchy.
Duduzane Zuma makes no secret of his desire to run South Africa one day. He has his own strategies for ascending to the ANC’s top echelons. He began where everyone else began, and he is prepared to work his way up to the presidency one day. He enjoys the backing of a large number of inhabitants in KZN and the Eastern Cape, which is sufficient to qualify him as a candidate to rule South Africa one day.
