The 24 year old fraudster France Josia Moiane was let out on a R3 000 bail by the Middelburg Magistrate’s Court and he has since been roaming around the streets like a free man, many people are claiming to be victim of his fraudulent activities the only solution that they see is the ultimate sentence.
The case against Moiane was postponed for further investigation and due to these words we can just forget any kind of accountability is being had, this is something that is very common in the country where the police do their jobs and apprehend the suspects but the suspects area relentless and ruthless.
Themba Titos Sibeko who is 39 years old is the co-accused in the case is still in custody, the duo was arrested by the Hawks’ from Middelburg for fraud, theft, contravention of the Cybercrime Act and possession and presenting counterfeit cards at Veritas petrol station.
It is believed that the two suspects poured petrol at Veritas filling station, and submitted a fraudulent bank card to make a payment and left.
