Rangers football club are already making moves to sign Manchester City goalkeeper James Trafford

Without much doubts, Manchester City football club will most definitely remain keen on challenging the likes of Arsenal and Newcastle United for some trophies this season.

Manchester City football club have been performing excellently well in the league and are currently occupying the 2nd position on the Premier League table ahead of their next league match.

But then, Manchester City are still very much interested in doing transfer businesses when the window opens and could be set to cash in on young goalkeeper James Trafford.

The 20-year-old England International, who joined Manchester City football club back in 2019 has been making progress with his impressive displays over the past few seasons.

The young shot-stopper was sent out on loan to League One side Bolton Wanderers at the start of this season where he has impressed so far, making 24 appearances in all competitions.

His excellent performances between the sticks is believed to have caught the attention of Rangers and according to reports from Daily Mail, the Scottish side are keen in signing him.

The reports further claimed that Rangers are really interested in James Trafford and are now preparing to sign him on a permanent deal from Manchester City football club next year.

It is believed that the Scottish giants want to further strengthen their goalkeeping options and have now identified the highly-rated James Trafford as a needed addition to their squad.

But then, it remains to be seen if the young shot-stopper will choose to continue his developments on loan at Bolton Wanderers or he will be interested in a move to join Rangers when the transfer window opens.
