Foods that are weakening you slowly but steadily

In this 21st centuary, we don’t pay attention to the food we eat and its relation to our health. Junk foods have become the order of the day. Most young ladies and gentleman think consuming such foods with great relish make people see you as wealthy or well to do. Those junk foods are packed with high salt, sugar, chemicalized spices and artificial color. High consumption of these foods come with serious health complications. It will be good if an Individual avoids or reduce the intake. Some of these foods are processed meat, french fries, hot dogs, refined foods, soft drinks and many more.

Processed Meat. Highly processed meat is detrimental to human health in so many ways. Processed meat are packed with too much salt during its preparation and unhealthy methods are used in preparing it. Most or even all the processed meats we know or consume with great relish are packed with plenty salt. And as we know, salt is made up of soduim and chlorine. And higher consumption aggravate hypertension. Those who consume too much processed meat stand the chance of getting Hypertension in their life. The best way to avoid this is to Substitute processed meat with fish or organic meat.

French fries. French fries are not good to human health. They are really junk in nature and not good for human health. French fries are high in saturated fats which when consume regularly, can lead to fat plaques in the arterial walls. And this can lead to thrombosis, one of the most deadly disease on earth. French fries must not be consumed regularly but once a while.

Hot dogs. Hot dogs like sausages are not good for human health at all. They are packed with artificial or chemicalized spices and salt. These chemicalized spices have detrimental effect on human health.

Refined foods. Refined foods are highly junk. They are not rich in fibre and can lead to serious health complications. Excessive consuption of refined foods can lead to constipation which is the mother of all diseases.
