Ex-Ghana international, Ibrahim Tanko has expressed confidence in the Black Stars against Portugal.
The Black Stars open their 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign against the former European champions on Thursday, November 24 at the 974 Stadium in Qatar.
“The boys are very very sharp, as you know we are here to observe and learn something and I think this is exactly what we are doing now.
“Looking at the first match against Portugal I think the boys are ready.
“When you see the chemistry between the training, the coaches and the players I think everything is nice.
“So we hope that everyone will stay fit and then going to the World Cup game against Portugal.
“Definitely I’m sure we are going to have a very god side.” Ibrahim Tanko said.
Tanko alongside former Kotoko and Hearts of Oak trainers, Prosper Narteh Ogum and Samuel Boadu are understudying the Black Stars technical team at the World Cup.
