Ayelbis Events, organizers of the Miss Upper East GHANA have proven that they are in to project the region using the little platform and the resources they have at their disposal.
by the Happy Man Bitters, the pageant has over the years taught contestants multiple life skills such as “learning to be comfortable onstage and around strangers, gaining poise, determining the best way to present oneself (including how to dress appropriately), realizing the need for practice, learning good sportsmanship, becoming more outgoing and learning to listen, appreciating their indigenous culture and learning to uphold and preserve it.
More importantly, the pageant has also always presented to (winner, 1st Runner up, among others) prizes comprising incentives and cash.
Part of the prizes is always channeled into helping the contestants complete their philanthropic services to their respective localities through their projects.
This year’s edition has seen many beautiful and enthusiastic ladies from different districts of the Upper East region availing themselves to contend for the 5th crown.
The audition was held on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Tap Hotel in the regional capital, Bolgatanga.

This year’s pageant is under the theme: ” UPHOLDING AND PRESERVATION OF OUR INDIGENOUS CULTURAL VALUES IN THE UPPER EAST REGION “.
The Preliminary Show/Eviction Night and the Grand Finale are scheduled for December 28, 2022 at Tap Hotel In Bolgatanga and January 2, 2023 at the Bolgatanga Gnat Hall respectively.
