Because it can hurt our nervous systems, it’s also not a good idea to eat seafood that is high in mercury. If you eat this fish often, you are more likely to get mercury poisoning in your digestive system, your urinary system, and your brain.

Sugar-sweetened drinks

Sugary drinks are bad for the brain in ways that go beyond the metabolic disorder diabetes. It is recommended that you don’t eat or drink anything with a lot of sugar

Ready-made foods

Foods that have been changed in some ways are also bad for our health. Chemicals in processed foods can hurt the nervous system, the brain, in terrible ways.

It is a good idea to see your doctor regularly for checkups.
