New head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Slavko Matic has spoken about what the playing must do to help the reach greater heights.
The Phobians appointed the Serbian to take over the reigns of the club following the departure of coach Samuel Boadu.
Samuel Boadu guided the Phobians to a domestic treble winning the league title ahead of rivals, Asante Kotoko and as well claimed the MTN FA Cup and an automatic Super Cup.
The young coach also guided the Phobians to another MTN FA Cup last season, making it a record 12th time in the club’s history.
The 46-year-old coach says the players must work hard, must have teamwork and respect each other.
“What we must do from today is we must work hard, we must have teamwork, we must work smart, we must respect each other.
“They know the club they are representing and then big club big expectations.” Slavko Matic told Hearts of Oak media.
