This year’s national science and maths quiz competition has been great as most of the top class schools failed to qualify for the semi finals of the quiz competition. However the lower ranked schools also managed to qualify for the semi finals of the national science and maths quiz.
These are the qualified schools for the semi finals of the national science and maths quiz competition:
In the Eastern region we have Abetifi Presbyterian senior high school who managed to qualify for the semi finals of the national science and maths quiz for the first time.
In the Central region we have Mfantsipim college, they have also qualified for the semi finals of the national science and maths quiz competition.
Prempeh college of the Asante region has also qualified for the semi finals of quiz competition, they are the defending champions and they hope to defend it this year. Kumasi senior high school also in the Ashanti region has also qualified for the semi finals of the national science and maths quiz for the first time.
Saints James seminary of the Bono and Ahafo region has also qualified for the semi finals of the national science and maths quiz.
Presbyterian Boys senior high school in the greater Accra region has also qualified for the semi finals of the national science and maths quiz after ease eliminating Pope John seminary and Accra Academy from the quarter finals to enable them qualify for the semi finals.
