According to the journalist, if the report that Kuami Eugene has left Lynx Entertainment is true, then Ghanaians may need to fast and pray for him.
Why would the journalist say this about the award-winning musician? Is he doubting the competencies of the young star? What would Kuami Eugene require to get to the top, if indeed he has left Lynx Entertainment?
Kuami Eugene has proven to be one of the most consistent and popular musicians in Ghana. He releases amazing songs on regular basis. It is not surprising that Kuami Eugene features the works of other musicians to make them successful.
I am yet to see any musician in Ghana who did not become popular after he or she did a song with Kuami Eugene.
Kuami Eugene can compose songs as well as sing excellently. Those who do not know that Kuami Eugene possesses some excellent dance moves may not have observed. The young musician has a distinct way of carving a niche for himself amongst the local dialects even though he sometimes sings in English.
Kwame Dadzie must apologize for doubting the skills or abilities of Kuami Eugene. Young musicians should be given the motivation and enabling environment to reach the top. No musician should be looked down upon.
