Host of Nhyira FM’s morning political show, Nana Kwadwo Jantuah, has commented that it is depressing and tormenting to wake up and see that President Akufo-Addo is still ruling Ghana as the President.
In a post shared on his official Facebook page on Saturday, 15th October 2022, he wrote;
“It is depressing and tormenting to wake up to realize Prez Nana Addo is still the Prez. The feeling I got in 2016.”
He added that it’s left with two (2) years more for Akufo-Addo to hands over to the next president.
Nana Jantuah also asserted that in 2024, NPP, will lose more seats. Nothing can stop it now. Unless the opposition NDC is still sleeping as usual. He added that the apathy in Ashanti Region will shock the NPP and when the results are coming in, they would appreciate their smoothness level.
Background
It seems some Ghanaians are not happy with the way things are going in this country. Some are blaming the President and his economic management team economic hardship facing the country.
However the ruling government believe that they are performing well and the economic hardship should be blame on the impact of COVID-19 and the Russian-Ukraine war.
Nana Jantuah’s comments follows some of the sentiments expressed above.
