Health for everyone is essential. You are unable to focus on anything if your health is poor. No matter how responsible you are or how you take care of yourself, having wonderful health is a blessing from God.
Scientists have demonstrated that your blood type has an impact on your health. Before I tell you which blood type you should always give thanks to God for having, allow me to first give a brief explanation of blood groups.
A person’s blood type is frequently determined using three different types of proteins that are found in the plasma membrane of red blood cells. Whether or not a person has these proteins determines their blood type.
The proteins in question are antigens A and B, Rhesus factor, and antigens A and B. Lowercase letters signify antibodies, while uppercase letters suggest antigens. The presence of antigen A determines a person’s blood type, antigen B determines a person’s blood type, and antigens A and B together identify a person’s blood type as AB. Similar to this, if someone has no antigens, they have the blood type O.
An individual cannot have an antibody that is specific to an antigen. In other words, it is impossible for someone who has antigen A to also have antibody a, as this could result in red blood cell agglutination. Therefore, a person with antigen A has antibody b, a person with antigen B has antibody a, and a person with both antigens does not have any antibodies.
Individuals with blood type O have antibodies A and B.
Rhesus factor is present, a person has Rhesus positivity (+), and if it’s absent, they have Rhesus negativity (-). There are hence eight different types of blood. A+, A-, B+, B+, B+, AB+, AB-, O+, O-, AB+, AB-, O+, O, AB+, AB
You should always be grateful that you have the blood type AB-. This is because they can receive blood from any blood group if they have this blood type. People with blood type AB- are universal receivers.
