Having bad breath simply has to do with unpleasant odour coming out of the mouth. We brush our teeth everyday to keep our mouth fresh, and surely free from odour. Though at times, a person may experience bad breath and this may happen due to different reasons.
Such reasons probably include covering the mouth for too long. Without a doubt, you can agree that when the mouth is enclosed for a certain amount of time, the breath released when opened is sometimes unpleasant. A reason why it is necessary for people to talk to bring out accumulated air from the mouth, for fresh air to replace the one inside.
Bad breath is also likely to occur if a person fails to brush well. Food particles stuck in the tooth will eventually create odour if left in the mouth for too long.
Chemical reactions from the stomach could also cause bad breath. This may occur as a result of the undigested food particles being released as gas through the mouth. It is always advisable to brush twice daily, floss and frequently allow ventilation in the mouth. Which of course will help curb bad breath.
