A dynamic 15-member musical band – The Kentos has composed a song titled ‘Osey’ for the Black Stars.
The well-arranged anthem, ‘Osey’, written, produced and recorded by the band, seeks to rally massive support for the senior national soccer side ahead and during the World Cup campaign this November in Qatar.
Kentos creates a fusion of EDM, Amapiano, Afro House, Traditional Swing and Afro Beats.
The anthem also seeks to bring Ghanaians together to support the team in Qatar to fight for their place to bring the trophy home.
The musical collective includes baby instruments, infusing globally recognised melodies with West African instruments and beats. The band performs with energised synchronicity producing a sound that gets hearts pumping and toes tapping.
The band was formed in 2021, the brainchild of Nikola Jeremic (Band & Creative Director) and Ekow Joe (Music Director & Lead Saxophone).
