Sleeping is something that occurs naturally. It is highly beneficial to the body, and also helps solve certain problems. Many times have people prolonged sleep time, deprive themselve sleep or just don’t have enough of it. All which bare consequences alongside.
Sleeping is important and essential for various reasons. Some side effects which sleeping helps get rid off, is depression, stress, mental fatigue, and also boredom. Although now there seem to be medications that can cure some of these side effects like depression, but sleeping is natural and the best cure for most problems.
Note that some of these side effects are as a result of the lack or inadequacy of sleep, meaning they may occur when a person is deprived rest.
