Who Is Judging The Judges? 19 Senior Supreme Court Judges Hot Over Serious Breaches.

Majority of Ghanaians kept asking about who will judge the 19 Seniot Judges of the Supreme Court of Ghana should they be hauled into their own law Court? Such an interesting question. 19 Supreme Court Judges are really hot over some serious breaches against the 1992 Constitution.

According to the Auditor General’s 2020 official report, the 19 Judges have breached the 2019 Public Financial management regulation ( L.I.2378). The breached law specifies that a Principal spending officer of any covered entity shall obtain a prior written approval.

Contrary to the above law, the 19 Supreme Court Judges reportedly refused to write the official letters.

However, they bought some auctioned government vehicles and shared among themselves devoid of the above laws at cheap prices.

The list of all the 19 Supreme Court Senior Judges were published by the auditor General. Not only that, the types of cars bought and their amount were attached.

The big question remains. Who is going to Judge these Judges?
