Ghanaians have been cautioned that SIM cards that have not been fully registered by the telecommunications network in Ghana will be blocked within this week.
This notice has been channeled to Ghanaians by the Communications Ministry and announced by TV3 News.
The deadline for the SIM registration has been extended severely due to quite a number of Ghanaians who could not meet the deadline, but the Communications Ministry this time has revealed they are not going to extend the deadline for the registration anymore.
TV3 announced that one cannot be able to make calls or have access to some services on the phone if the SIM card has not been fully registered.
”You may not be able to make calls or access some services on your phone if you haven’t registered your SIM.”
Ghanaians who have not fully done their SIM Cards registration are cautioned to do so to have their SIM not blocked.
