Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, popularly known as Bulldog, is an artiste manager in Ghana. He was the long-time manager for controversial Ghanaian musician Shatta Wale before they fell out.
They fell out in late 2015, they parted ways after some misunderstandings. Their business relationship was rekindled when they joined Zylofon in 2018 and have since been working together not until sour developments emanated a few months ago leading to their separation again.
Bulldog is counted among the pivotal persons who have contributed enormously to the success of the dancehall trailblazer’s music career.
This the CEO of Bullhaus Entertainment confirmed in a recent interview with blogger and YouTuber Zion Felix.
According to him, he would not make a mistake by joining the gang of naysayers to destroy the musician’s brand because he has toiled and tsweat to help make the name ‘Shatta Wale’ a household name.
“if I had the opportunity to speak to the
president behind closed doors, I wouldnt even speak out there for him to hear it because those are my views.”
“He (Shatta) is my junior brother so, I tell him things in private, something the public wouldn’t hear about. It is a brand I need to protect. It is a brand I sweat bled, and put my time and effort into so how am I joining the people that want to break the brand and break the brand together? No, I won’t do that,” Bulldog declared in the interview.
On why he didn’t make a public announcement about their separation, he said; “If people are no longer working together, it doesn’t mean they are not talking or are no longer friends…when I started working with him (Shatta) nobody did a story. It wasn’t announced that Bullhaus is handling Shatta so why should the separation be announced?” he quizzed during an interview on 3FM with Caleb
Nii Boye.
