31 years old Abdul Inusah Fuseini has been found guilty by an American Court for fraud. He is being accused of stealing money, conspiracy to commit money laundering involving billions of Dollars and two counts of money wiring fraud. He is currently facing 50 years imprisonment in America.
Speaking about the case for the first time, Honorable Inusah Fuseini defended his son. According to him everything was a conspiracy involving the best friends of his son.
Honorable Inusah Fuseini added that, his son once called him on a telephone that there is an auction businesses which he wanted to enter with his friend. Few months later he ( Inusah Fuseini) was informed that his son was involved in online fraud and romantic scam.” Honorable Inusah Fuseini told the media.
” This is what we call sakawa in Ghana. Involving yourself in online romantic and dating scam, luring your victims for money and wiring of illegal cash are cases of sakawa. Because he is a politician’s son, the crime has been named nicely by the media. It’s still sakawa. The father should stop saying it was a set up because his son has already pleaded guilty” Social media user George Nsenkyire Asare reacted to the news.
