Honourable Dorcas Affo-Toffey continues to change lives in her constituency. Undoubtedly she has been an agent of change in the lives of some people in the Jomoro Constituency ever since she became a legislator.
Just yesterday, Honourable Dorcas Affo-Toffey attended the graduation of some members of the Ghana National Tailors and Dressmakers Association (GNTDA) at Bonyere a town in the Jomoro Constituency and her contributions to the occasion and the people involved were impressive.
Honourable Dorcas Affo-Toffey supported the newly graduated dressmakers and tailors or Seamstresses with Sewing Machines and an amount of money as their capital.
She gave them gave them 12 sewing machines and in order to make start working immediately, she added an unknown amount of money to help them start work immediately.
Dorcas Affo-Toffey was very happy to be part of new lives and the kind of impact they are yet to make in their various societies with their newly gained skills.
She was seen dancing with the graduands and the people who came to support the graduates. She continuously danced with them and her facial expression showed how glad she was.
