Data Proves Deputy Majority Leader Is 62% Safe Should Election Is Held Today In Effutu Constituency

Member of Parliament for Effutu constituency and Deputy Majority Leader, Honourable Alexander kwamena Afenyo-Markin is safe as NDC supporters and floating voters rally behind him to give him a commanding lead over NDC Parliamentary Candidate for the 2020 election, according to a new poll yet to be released.

The first poll, which saw approximately 60% of NPP supporters and floating voters being neutral, finally came to support his re-election bid. However, his lead is not cemented yet as 25% of voters supporting him have indicated they could change their minds.

The data, however, show that a little of 62% of voters have committed to voting for him in December 2024, still enough to get him elected. Again, he appears to enjoy huge support from the NDC voters, without this support, the race could dramatically change.

It’s evidence pointing that the majority leader in parliament won’t get it easy come 2024 as the sole contender won’t come from the opposition National Democratic Congress [NDC] alone but internally, as few wranglings have been eminent in that regard.
