The member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram constituency, Honorable Sam Nartey George has reacted to the revocation of Adwoa Sarfo’s ministerial appointment by the president.
According to Sam George, Adwoa Sarfo can choose to speak and expose the NPP. He added that if Sarah Adwoa Sarfo speaks now, the NPP and the Majority are likely not to survive such “tsunami”.
Sam George reveals that he is ready to see action in the NPP and he seems to be expecting a speech or a word from Adwoa Sarfo that will “shake” the NPP.
“If Sarah Adwoa Safo decides to speak, would the Majority and the NPP survive the tsunami it would cause? Are they really ready for the inquest? As for me, I am ready for the ‘fireworks” he said.
This comes after President Akufo Addo revoked the Adwoa Sarfo’s ministerial appointment on Thursday. The reason for the termination wasn’t stated in the letter. However, it is generally believed that it is because of her absence on her job as Minister for almost a year.Â
The President had no choice than to fire her. Several people and pressure groups sent messages to the president to do the needful and fire Sarah Adwoa Sarfo. The Minister of Sanitation is currently the caretaker for the Ministry of Gender till further notice.
