Gary Neville: Frenkie De Jong Should Take Barcelona To Court (Chilling Details)

A lot is really happening in the football circus this summer transfer window, the big teams together with the smaller teams are all battling on the transfer market as they all look forward to strengthen their team. One particular player whose stories has been circulating a lot on the social media in this transfer window is 25 year old Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for La Liga club Barcelona and the Netherlands national team, Frenkie De Jong.De Jong has dominated transfer gossip columns in the summer of 2022, with the Barcelona midfielder becoming a top for Manchester United and even Chelsea, but there are several issues complicating matters at Camp Nou. The biggest of those relates to money owed to the Netherlands international as part of a lucrative contract in “Catalunya”. Reports claims that, despite the efforts made by Manchester United to sign the Dutch international, the player insist he is not willing to leave the club however, De Jong’s agent, Ali Dursun, has told Barcelona that they should pay his player because a club is willing to sign him. Per reports, it’s alleged Barcelona will find it difficult to register Lewandowski and Raphinha if De Jong and somebody like Memphis does not leave the club. English football pundit, coach, and former player who is a co-owner of Salford City, Gary Alexander Neville, has however jump into the situation of De Jong as at now, suggesting he should take Barcelona to court and if he does that, all the players should support him. According to Gary Neville, he doesn’t understand why Barcelona are spending huge sum of money signing players like Lewandowski, Raphinha and co yet they claim they don’t have money to pay those under contract.

Gary Neville wrote and I quote; “De Jong should consider legal action v Barcelona and all players should be behind him! A club spending fortunes on new players whilst not paying the ones they have under contract their full money is immoral and a breach. @FIFPRO should be all over bullying like this and stop it”. Reports reaching Mdk Banahene claims that De Jong is owed around €17m by Barcelona making his reluctance to walk away from the club entirely understandable. So what do you suggest Frenkie De Jong should do now?
