United Showbiz gave viewers a unique experience as Kwasi Ernest , Amanda Jissih, Kwame A-plus and Arnold Baidoo blended their acumen to provide some good information about artiste management.
Nana Ama McBrown, as usual, asked various technical questions about some trending issues. She asked her panel what they made of MzVee’s interview during which the pretty musician revealed that the Ghanaian music industry does not support female artistes in general. Per that interview, MzVee complained about how organisers hardly hired lady musicians on their events but gave the male counterparts more opportunities.
Kwasi Ernest, in response to MzVee’s opinion, advised the female musician to accept the fact that the Ghanaian Music Industry is strictly talent based and not that of . He explained that MzVee may need to put some work in her craft to make her more appealing to the event organisers.
There have been mixed reactions to Kwasi Ernest’s submission as some Ghanaians believe that MzVee needs to put in more work into her music than to grant such interviews since the industry promotes talents.
Other viewers also disagreed with Kwasi Ernest and asked him to be more realistic about the treatment of the female musicians.
