Kudus Mohammed was in action for Ajax today when they engaged Salzburg. The intelligent midfielder was handed the opportunity to commence the game and he lived up to confidence imposed in him by the head coach. Kudus Mohammed scored for Ajax in the first half to change the scores to 2 – 1.
Elsewhere in Melbourne, Jordan Ayew played for Crystal Palace against Manchester United in a preparatory match. Jordan Ayew could not find the back of the net despite the start.
Over the weekend, other players such as Salisu Mohammed and Thomas Partey were in action for Southampton and Arsenal respectively. They had the chance of preparing via the friendly game and that looks promising for their club career.
