According to Womor, her husband only wanted her to help him travel, but he had no love whatsoever for her. Speaking on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Womor disclosed that aside from the fetish priest’s confession, her actions seemed unusual.
“I met him in 2013 for a brief moment, but he sent me a friend request on Facebook after I came to the US. We started talking, and then he proposed, but I rejected him because of the distance. Three years later, I called him one day and accepted his proposal.
I rushed to Ghana, and we got married within three months. We never dated before our marriage. My parents were not even aware. I did everything he asked without question, but it was all because of the ‘juju.’
Miss Kunkpe further stated that a year after their marriage, her husband put pressure on her to get him a green card.
“I went to Ghana twice for some paperwork to prove that we were a couple. I filed for him and his seven-year-old son. I made sure they got their visa in 2019. I offered to pay for his son’s ticket, but he told me to buy his ticket and that he would pay when I got to Ghana. He only paid half when I asked for it,” she added.
I had to rent a new apartment because the old one was not spacious enough for us. Eventually, the pandemic came, and I had to work extra hours to pay rent and manage the house. He was jobless at the time, and I could not keep up with his demands,”
Meanwhile, her husband was already cheating on her with another lady. They only stayed together for six months and are presently separated.
The mother of one stated that the fetish priest called to confess what he had done to her. She mentioned that her husband bribed the priest with Ghs30K but refused because he felt haunted by his actions.
