Shatta Wale finally fined ¢2,000 for publication of false news in connection with his fake death stunt » ™

The popular Dancehall act was earlier given his punishment today June 29 by an Accra Circuit Court presided by Emmanuel Essandoh for falsely claiming he was dead in October last year.

Wale had earlier pleaded not guilty to the offence but changed his plea today with his lawyers urging the court to have mercy on him and give him a lenient sentence.

Back in October 18, 2021, www.Ghbase.com reported that Shatta Wale has been shot dead and was receiving treatment in the intensive unit at an undisclosed hospital.

A lot of fans were apprehensive when the news started going viral online as a few people close to the SM boss confirmed the sad news.

A tweet from his PR Nana Doe back then revealed Wale was in the hospital receiving treatment. He posted;

“SMH!! They could do this in this rain? SMFH

“If not the fact that he was driving prepared, it would have been too bloody!! F*ck this!! My niqqa too strong to give up!! You strong my g, I dont even know what to even say!! The typing make difficult.

“Thanks to all those calling to check up, the king is still at the emergency ward receiving treatment.

“The gunmen are still on the run. Thanks to Ghana Police,”

Wale apparently pulled the stunt to pass a message about the fake prophecy Jesus Ahuofe previously made about him when he said he will die just like it happened to Lucky Dube on October 18th, 2007.

According to the man of God, there’s was too much hate around Shatta Wale. In order to avert the death prophecy, Jesus Ahuofe revealed that Shatta Wale should look for a powerful man of God to intercede for him.
