Convenors of Arise Ghana Demonstration became a subject of mockery after they made an unacceptable and Unpardonable Mistake In the Accra High Court. According to their own restraining order application filed by their lawyers, they backdated their plea to 16th December 2021. Knowing very well that we’re in 2022 and even no where near December.
This unacceptable mistake before the High Court is likely to push their application into the dust bin. People Mocked them for not getting ordinary spellings right.
Yesterday, the Ghana Police Service secured an injunction against the Arise Ghana Demonstrators. This is because, they wanted to demonstrate in the night for two days.
After careful consideration by the courts, they were given the day time to demonstrate. This seems to be an unhappy news for them.
Anyway, let’s watch and see the impact of their backdated application in the court. They shouldn’t cry when it’s rejected because even a class one pupil can spot the Unpardonable Mistake.
