Hamisi Lugonda is a 40 year old man who was born without arms and despite his condition, he can do many things that people with arms cannot.
In his first interview with Afrimax, Hamisi revealed that he lived with his wife Agnes Zuberi at his mother’s house, but she left him due to poverty.
He also admitted that he was against his situation to support his family through farm work and selling firewood. He goes on to point out some of the amazing things he can do without his hands such as: B. processing, fishing, cooking, eating and writing.
After Hamisi’s story went viral and went viral, some people gave him huge sums of money.
When Afrimax visits him again, he reveals that he managed to build his own house and start a cattle business with the money people gave him.
He also revealed that his wife, who left him, saw his life changed forever after receiving a large sum of money, he came back. He went on to explain how he met his wife and persuaded her to marry him. According to Hamisi, it was love at first sight when he met Agnes at a public event. He then approaches her and asks if she is married, but he tells her that he is single. Finally they fall in love and start living together
Agnes, who also spoke to Afrimax, revealed that people laughed at her for choosing to marry a disabled man like Hamisi, but she fell in love with him because he was a peaceful and generous man.
