Following the heavy downpour that resulted into the division of the Praso and Jukwa road, plans are underway to restore the road to its former state.
Plans are on the way to see the road been done and are in good sharp to be plied by motorist as stated.
Pictures surfacing on social media platforms suggests that workers were on the road around 6 pm there about, fixing the road before the deadline day. Thus, tomorrow 6am.
The engineer in charged of the road maintenance earlier mentioned that the break up of the bridge was as a result of the heavy rains that came with pressure which the bridge could not withstand.
Further, as scheduled to happen, progress has been made by the passionate workers to complete the work as planned.
Government is doing all that it can to overcome the annual flooding situation in the country.
Recently, many have suggested that citizens should not be allowed to build on water-ways. And that those constructed around such places should be pulled down.
