The Warriors have suffered in the past 2 years with injuries to their star players and the departure of Kevin Durant. Steph has to carry the team on his shoulders. Jordan Poole’s contribution can’t be overlooked either. The Warriors battled the Boston Celtics in 6 games to win their 4th NBA trophy. Steph Curry wins the finals MVP for the first time.
This team overcame adversity to become champions. They have been to the NBA finals 6 times in the last 8 years and have been crowned champions 4 times. This is remarkable. I hope to see them again next year.
