The former general secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwabena Agyepong sends a strong message to the aspirants who want to lead the party.
Kwabena Agyepong said when the time comes up for elections, people who want to serve the party must be allowed to go out there and tell their stories so that they can win the confidence of the electorates.
Kwabena Agyepong disclosed that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has delegates of close to two hundred thousand and they can decide the people who will become the party’s presidential candidates and no one can bride all of them so therefore, those who want to lead have to go and earn it.
Kwabena Agyepong then drops this strong message by informing the aspirants that there will be no coronation in electing of flag bearer for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) so if they want to lead, they have to storm the regions in Ghana to earn it.
Kwabena Agyepong disclosed this in an exclusive interview with Johnnie Hughes on TV3.
