Just as the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet) predicted, Ghana has witnessed a heavy downpour, today Friday, 10 June 2022.
According to the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet), in its earlier reports, their weather monitoring station, has observed two rainstorms heading to Ghana on Friday, June 10.
The report again revealed that, the heavy rainfall, would be accompanied by strong winds and thundery conditions.
The areas to be hit by the rain, according to the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet), are the coastal and northern sectors; Greater Accra, Western and Volta Regions were the main areas to be affected.
True to the predictions, parts of the country has been really hit by a heavy downpour.
The two hour downpour started around 12:noon, in the Eastern Region, Volta, Greater Accra and other parts of the country; causing heavy flood in some areas..
