Not long ago, the topic for discussion was the Nigerian girl whose sextape with a dog leaked and that of the man sleeping with the dog followed, fast forward to the dubai potty issues.
Indeed the lust for material things and the high sex drive of people these days is not a bad thing but when it gets to a point of it leading to situations that will forever harm your character then it is alarming.
The recording of sexual activities must be a mutual understanding between involved parties who won’t have a problem with the public viewing like pornstars do because once recorded, the possibility of it leaking is high irrespective of the individual in possession of it. A stolen phone, a damaged one taken for repairs, breakup, blackmailing, hacking, being seen and forwarded by a friend are just a few ways your tape can get into the wrong hands.
Why record your pleasure moment when you can always have the person around. Let’s all be careful about these things as they are injuries we can never heal.
From SHS to teachers and universities, the leaking of sextapes would continue in 2022 and the number might even be higher than previous years.
Aside these sextapes, what bothers if how people are fast to cause physical pains to people of a leaked video like the Wa Flogging incident when actually most of these same people do worse. These actions take the attention from addressing the tape menace to addressing the abuse done which does no good.
