Yayra Koku has disclosed the very reason why the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo is punishing Ghanaians.
On one of the official Social Media handle of Yayra Koku, he revealed some pictures and a post of the current state of the National Cathedral that President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo promised to build for Ghanaians. He stated clearly in his post that a lot of millions have been spent on the construction of the National Cathedral, yet the pictures of the current state of the national Cathedral declare that nothing on the construction site worth the millions spent or funded by the government.
He added that in the year 2020, the government of Ghana released an amount of 142 million, and in 2022 he has also funded 25 million. After Yayra Koku had dropped the amount of money that the current government has released for the construction of the National Cathedral, he concluded that Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo is actually punishing Ghanaians for not voting for him in 2008 as President of Ghana.
From my own perspectives, I think that Yayra Koku claiming that Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo is punishing Ghanaians comes from the fact that, instead of Nana Addo paying the allowance of the National Service Personnels and the “NABCO” personnels, he has rather released the money for the construction of national Cathedral.
