Seven months ago Inaki Williams made a comment that got Ghanaians talking a lot and now contrary to that statement he is now here to seek a nationality switch for the Black Stars. Is it because of the World Cup?
On what he said seven months ago that got Ghanaians talking was that “I don’t feel Ghanaian enough to play for the Black Stars. I wasn’t born and raised there. It would be a honor for the people to get their chance to the World Cup and I don’t want to tale the chance of someone who really deserves the spot.” He was born and raised in Spain and says he doesn’t feel Ghanaian.
Now the question is he said he doesn’t feel Ghanaian seven months ago so why is he seeking a chance at the Black Stars now. The guy is now here to play for the Black Stars. What do you feel about this? Do you think he is chasing World Cup glory. Well for me, I believe that every Ghanaian whether by blood or descent deserves a chance and is always welcome home. If he really wants to play then it is suggested that he takes back what he said about not feeling Ghanaian.
