The Chief Executive Officer of State Transport Company (STC) who also happens to be a leading member of the NPP, Nana Akomea has surprisingly revealed that he doesn’t believe in breaking the eight.
This will come as a complete surprise to both supporters of NDC and NPP because that is a slogan every NPP member should believe in. After all, it was originated by the party for the upcoming 2024 elections.
Meanwhile, Nana Akomea while speaking in on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo revealed that he doesn’t believe in breaking the eight. He rather revealed that every election is meant to be won and they should just win the 2024 elections without slogans like that.
” For me, I don’t believe in breaking the eight. I just believe that every election should be won and we in the NPP should do all it takes to win the 2024 elections. History taught us that, to become a President in the fourth republic, you needed to be called John but President Akufo-Addo defeated that when he won in 2016. Therefore, we can defeat any normality concerned with elections and 2024 for that matter if we do our homework well.” Nana Akomea boldly revealed this on Peace FM.
