Shatta Wale has made his stance known on the current trend of Nigerian musicians taking over the music scene in Africa.
Shatta Wale who seems dissatisfied with his colleagues and Ghanaian music industry stakeholders has vent out his anger on how they have reluctantly allowed Nigerians to take the lead in music.
In a self-recorded video, the dancehall artist chastised Ghanaian musicians for failing to follow his advice of creating one music genre in Ghana that can be tied to all music works in Ghana.

He decried the fact that the majority of the Nigerian music industry’s musical skills came from Ghanaians, and that it is now considered one of the best in the world, leaving Ghana at the bottom of the list.
Shatta Wale, who appeared to be intoxicated in the video, threatened that the Ghanaian music business will continue to suffer and perish if they did not follow his strategy and advice to promote the highlife music genre.
