The Dean of the School of Performing Arts at the University of Ghana, Professor Kofi Agyekum but popularly called Opanyin Agyekum sends a strong message to the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government on how to break the eight (8) successfully.
According to Opanyin Agyekum, the elected aspirants of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) are required to work harder to help the party to break the eight (8) and stop the arrogance but this current government has promised the Ghanaians a lot of development so their work done is not seen.
Opanyin Agyekum said the characters of the Ghanaians are such a way that they only see the construction of roads as development and that is their highest demand.
Opanyin Agyekum also said the construction of roads could have told that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government is working in the eyes of the Ghanaians.
The road toll could have massively helped in the construction of roads but it has been abolished for six (6) months now.
Opanyin Agyekum then said that the researchers of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) must be careful because if they kept both the road toll and the E-levy, higher revenue could have been generated from them to construct a lot of roads that will prove to the Ghanaians that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) government is working.
