Imagine yourself free of fear. Having the good feelings as a result of your accomplishment. What is Fear? It is an emotional response to threat s or danger. I was once told that Fear was the darkness that only the light of freedom can erase it. The limitations of our dreams are mostly based on Fear and it creates mountains and makes the possible impossible.
However, Psychologist John B. Watson, Robert Plutchik and Paul Eknam have suggested that fear is one of a small set of basic or innate emotions.
If you are being constrained by a phobia and would like yo put an end to it;
First and Foremost, always tell yourself not to fear. Yes, have that deep conviction about seeing hope one day no matter the time or the place. When you make fear your abode, it kills you little by little inside wherein you loose all your chances of hoping for better days ahead.
Secondly, accept your fears and work on them. Those that are beyond your control, just embrace and face it. Permit it to pass over you. There is no human being on earth that has no fear. The higher you go in life, the bigger your fears become.
Lastly, Fears become our experiences. The fear to make a mistake become a threatening one. Always know any fear you conquer in life becomes a testimony for others and an experience for the next level in your life.
As you age too, your fears multiplies but in all of it, stand firm and overpower it because good man or woman leaves an inheritance and not battles that needed to fought by you.
