It was a very Sad scene as Some women and children could be heard shouting at the background of the video. Their reason was that, they couldn’t stand the sad scene of a private car being Swallowed In deep Floods.

According to reports, the bizarre scene happened in Ghana’s capital city Accra. It was however unclear if the victims in the car were rescued or passed away.

People who watched sad scenes criticised the driver of the private car for not parking for safety when the rains intensified.

Every year, Accra records torrential rains which results in the destruction of lives and properties. Yesterday’s scene wasn’t different. Although many people expect government to help the situation, there are those who put the blame on Citizens for putting so much refuse in drains.
