Hopeson Adorye Indirectly Campaigns Against John Boadu; Introduces A New Candidate To Ghanaians

The former outspoken parliamentary candidate for the Kpone Katamanso constituency, Hopeson Adorye, has officially outdoors his support for a fresh face as General Secretary for the New Patriotic Party on his Facebook page. Many Ghanaians have predicted that John Boadu will retain his seat as General Secretary. However, some powerful faces have begun declaring their intentions to contest that position. This leaves John Boadu in a shaky position.

This shaky position has been worsened today as Hopeson Adorye openly and indirectly campaigns against the candidature of John Boadu officially. Hopeson Adorye named Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua as the next NPP General Secretary. This came as a surprise considering the efforts John Boadu made for the New Patriotic Party to win the 2020 Presidential elections.

Hopeson Adorye believes that the introduction of a fresh face at the National Secretary portfolio will guarantee the happening of the “Break the 8” agenda.
