Trees have a very high influence and impact on one’s health. They give mankind food and also air to breath. Without trees, mankind will not survive on the planet.
However, it is highly not recommendable for a person to sleep or even sit under a tree at night. We know that trees give us the perfect oxygen for us to inhale into the human system but one must not be in the midst of trees for a long time at night. Here is why.
There is neither oxygen nor carbon dioxide present around trees at night. At night, trees give out some toxic gases such as sulphur dioxide. This can be harmful to humans as well as other life forms.
At night, since photosynthesis does not occur, oxygen is not being produced by the trees. In addition to this, the trees continue respiring thereby causing the amount of carbon dioxide to be increased and the amount of oxygen to be reduced.
This is why it is not recommended for one to sit under trees at night. There is nothing like photosynthesis at night. This means if a person sits under a tree at night, the air the person breathes contains a high amount of carbon dioxide instead of oxygen. This may result in the suffocation in the chest
