It was reported that, a military officer who has been identified as Solomon Ntow assaulted a young man without any reason at Gomoa East ( Millennium City). The military officer is of the view that, the victim is a thief and hence he deserve beatings.

Solomon Ntow the Military officer claim that, the Victim is in dreadlocks and he is only walking about in the area without doing any job. On that case, he suspected him as a criminal and he was attacked. The victim whose name has not been identified was beaten mercilessly without pity. It will interest you to know that, the victim was not caught with items which proves that he is a thief.
Police officers rushed to the scene with their Vehicle.
When the military officer was attacking the young man, some of the people at the area rushed to the scene and ask the military man to send the young man to the police station. But the military man turned down all those offers claiming the police officers are not trustworthy and he will deal with the alleged criminal himself. The military officer and his guys beat the young man and left him half dead.
The police reached the scene after they got information about what is going on between the military officer and the innocent man. Unfortunately, the police officers did not meet the military officer at the scene. However, the police officers interrogate the victim for further investigations.
